Job Role :
• The position title is Technical Support Engineer and the profile includes Troubleshooting Hardware / Networking / OS related queries of HP’s global customers Over Phone which involves working in different time zones.
Eligibility :
• Graduates in any discipline (BA, B.Com, BBA/M, BCA, BE, B.Tech, B.Sc etc)
• Batch: 2006 and above pass-outs including 2010.
• No current back-logs.
• The candidate should be willing to work in rotational shifts.
• Candidates who have studied outside Kerala are eligible.
Selection Process :
• General Computer Awareness + Communication Assessment.

• Writing Pad.
• Two copies of RESUME.
• Two sets of photocopies of your mark lists.
• Three copies of passport size photographs.
• Rs.100/- to be paid to SHREDS towards examination fees.
