Job Description :
An engineer/developer is the basic unit of a project team who can be called upon to perform any of the tasks required for the implementation of a software project apart from project planning & tracking. Following are the expectations:
• Quick learning on the key skills required in the Project.
• Good team player and should able to work within a team
• Configuration management and use of various tools for day to day activities under guidance from senior members and work independently after 6 months
• Assist the Junior or Senior members of team in design & development of new features and test case writing and execution.
• Adaptability and flexibility to work with other team members and contribute to project with stretch in critical times of project life cycle.
• Quick ramp up on the existing product/process and suggest the new ways
• To improve the existing product/process for better performance/cost saving.
